I am canadian immigrant and I will be canadian citizen after two years.
I would like to know if I apply for green card after one year and get
the canadian citizenship during my green card process, will that affect

I'm a UK citizen.  I came over to the US in 2003 on a 90 day visa waiver
program but never returned.  I married a US citizen and have lived here

I've read many times regarding the backlog reduction that the INS
was planning, but from looking at processing times, it doesn't seem
like it has happened.

The wait time for spouse of GC holder to get a visa is now 7-8 years.
So it is 7-8 years of seperation. I think it increased from 4.5 years?
Do people think it will increase anymore? Hopefully the spouses will be
reunited before they pass away.....:)
