How long should my H-1B Visa stamp valid when I am travelling outside
US?
Is there a 6-month validy required for re-entry as in the case of
passport?

I'm in the process to engage an immigration lawyer to apply for
permanent residency. I'm holding H1-B. Is it a norm to pay everything
in full at the time of submission to the Immigration? Is $6k of fee
reasonable?

Once you have your green card, is it okay to change the country of

I have been applying for a H-1B visa for a potential employee of mine.
I recently got the notice that the petition is denied.  The notice said
that I can appeal to the decision.
What is the chance for the appeal to have a favorable outcome?  Should

applied I-485 in Jan 2006. It never occur to me that USCIS are so messed
up, I believe from what I read from the website and customer service
line, that they will take 90-180 days to process I-485. So naive of me
