Once you have your green card, is it okay to change the country of citizenship? For example, you are a citizen of country A while you went through the green card process. You got your green card and within a couple months, got citizenship of country B.

A visitor to the USA needs a brain scan but has no local health insurance nor the income to afford this. If she accesses free healthcare here, would that compromise her ability to get a visitor visa in the future (being a burden on the state)? She is currently here

I entered based on a K1 visa, married to my husband within 90 days and applied I-485 in Jan 2006. It never occur to me that USCIS are so messed up, I believe from what I read from the website and customer service line, that they will take 90-180 days to process I-485. So naive of me
