I would like to find out how I can help my sister (from Russia) to immigrate
to US on H1B.
She got a 4 yrs [Bachelor] degree in Culture Management [e.g. Director of
Cinema or a Library] in Russia,

this is my first post.  I applied for an H-1b today at Ottawa Consulate
in Canada.  Everything went good.  I was told that it has to go through

We're in the final stages of coming over but because everything's been
done on short notice I can't come and stay at the same time as my
wife. I'll come over for a few days initially then come back to sort

I am on L1 visa. I intend to go to business school in fall 2007. By
then I would have stayed in US for 5 years. If I get F1 visa for 2
years, that would make 7 years of stay in US. Will I be then eligible

 I am on H1B and my wife came here on H4. Now, she got her H1B
approved with her maiden name. As I didn't know the issues about last
name change, we went to Indian embassy in DC and changed from her
maiden name to my last name.
