Hi.  When applying for the travel document, do they still require that
the photos of your face be at an angle to the camera, or can they be

Since the H1-B quota expired for fiscal year 2006 and filing for the
next year starts April 07, is it possible for me (I have all the

1) Is it possible to change from a F1 to J1 status ( for post graduate

If you apply for H1 on 1 April and you pay the Premium service, you
still cannot work before 1 October? So it doesn't make a difference if
you used the premium or not. Then, better save the $1000 and not pay

What happens if you apply now (Sept. 2006) for H1 anyways? Do they keep
the file
until 1 April? Do they send a confirmation that they received it? Or
simply they reject it and you loose the money that you paid?
