I am an American citizen and I have been living in Saudi for a long time now,
since I work here. My question is that I got married to a Saudi woman and had
a child who has a Saudi citizenship, but I want them to get the American
citizenship so we will be able to go visit the States ...

I had my final interview today, passed all the tests and no problems
with any questions. The interviewer told me a decision cannot be made
today and checked that box on the N-652 form.
I inquired why and she informed we that she was "waiting on a file from

hi! its been 3 month since my i 485(marriage based, american wife) was
denied.
i got a letter  5 days after my interview. uscis said that i lied about
my salary etc and i was applying for state benifits like health

I am going to be interviewed by a big us company and, i desperately
hope, offered a job. Its a highly specialized field and the company has
a successful history in employing many people from outside the US...so
no problems...except I am now worrying about my own history. 13 years

I just want to know how much time it takes to get an approval from INS
for H1B. I filled my H1 in 15 May but I am still to get the approval
and got no communication.. Generally by what time the approvals come.

I am in the US on a TN-1 visa. I have been present in California for
about five weeks. According to the CA DMV, residents of CA are required
to get driver's licenses within 10 days of becoming residents. I moved
to CA from Canada, so I don't have a valid US driver's license, though

hi I am asking on behalf for a fren of mine.  He graduated from USA
with a bachelor and master degree.  He started working rite after
completing the master degree, used his one year practical training plus

i submitted the i-751 jointly in feb 2004, i got divorced in june 2004.
since the case has been pending for more than 2 years i couldnt do
anything and so i was advised. they denied my case after i didnt apper
for an interview(they sent the notice to the address on the application
