I am a canadian citizen presently working in US on a TN visa.
My husband is in India on a indian passport.
On what basis i can sponsor my husband
because he neither has a canadian citizenship nor a landed immigrant

I am a 23 year old from south east asia. I graduated with a 2nd upper
class in Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting (with honours). I am
also an affiliate of ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered
Accountants), this is equivalent to CPA in the US.
