My H1B visa was denied recently and I am wondering what are my options now.
US consulate officer has decided that I am doing kids pornography on the internet. Apparently I was refused my H1B visa after that however what really surprised me is the reason for this decision.

Have an offer of employment from a USA firm which I am happy to accept
have now found out the above visa program is capped and I wouldn't now
be able to start work in the States for 12 months!!
