Hello..
My H1B visa was denied recently and I am wondering what are my options now.
US consulate officer has decided that I am doing kids pornography on the internet. Apparently I was refused my H1B visa after that however what really surprised me is the reason for this decision.

I am a USC and I want to sponsor my father for a green card by consular

Have an offer of employment from a USA firm which I am happy to accept
have now found out the above visa program is capped and I wouldn't now
be able to start work in the States for 12 months!!

I have a simple question. Currently I hold B2 (tourist) status. I'm

can sponsor me for H1-B next year i.e. April 2007. But H1-B visas get
sanctioned in October. So from June to October, I would neither be on
F1 (OPT) or H1-B.... I wish to know if I can stay in US since I have
