My mother in law applied for visitor visa from her home country Paksitan. I had sent an affidavit of support and invitation letter to her. She has five kids living with her at this time. Two are married and three are unmarried.

Hi, I'm an au -pair changing my visa from J1 to F-1, my visa expires on Dec. 23. I sent all the documemts and I got the action of notice on the August 28. I'm applying for the spring classes. And I don't have the 2 years-rule.

I applied for N-400 in May and was finger printed in June. In July they were processing as of November 2005. But, they have no retrogressed to May 2005. Has anyone recently completed their N-400 process in New Orleans?

I have H1B status. I'm in my eight year, and waiting for LCA, so I get 1 year extensions. I haven't bothered going back home to get a new visa. If I wanted to spend a week in Hawaii, can I do that without obtaining a visa? It's part of the USA, right?
