I (US citizen) am trying to sponsor green cards for my parents who are
indian citizens and at present residing in India. Unfortunately my
parents
do not have marriage certificate. US govt immigration website lists a

Right now I am working under my OPT. But this will expired on June
2007. My employer is going to sponsor the H-1B for me but since the
applications starts on April 2007 it is most likely that my OPT will be
over by the time I get my H-1B. Questions:

the US. I naturalized last month, and my wife is currently living in
Europe ( as a legal resident). Would it expediate the process if she
does the interview in France instead of Mali ( her country of birth)?
