I'm currently looking at getting an EAD for my wife. Looking at form I-765 from http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm It doesn't mention E-3D, should I use this form for EAD. It talks about E-1/E-2 dependants, but not E3 dependants. I'm assuming this

I lived in the US for 3 months before applying for adjustment of status. When I fianlly applied I was 3 weeks shy of my 26 birth day. So technically I should have registered. I got my GC 4 years later and now applying for citizenship..9 years later.

On the I-130 they want only the residential address of the applicants. I added an addendum listing the mailing address of my wife, but just received a notice from the National Visa Center requesting my Affidavit of Support and they only have her residential address listed. I ...

The timeline after I arrived to the US... I entered the US, legally, in early 1985. I married a US citizen, and was adjusted to permanent resident alien mid 1985, my green card arrived in the mail a couple of months later.

Anyone got any ideas on the time that it takes for the check to be cashed, if you are going through Nebraska for you I-751. Mine arrived on Monday but its not been cashed yet is this normal? Whiskers :)
