I'm currently looking at getting an EAD for my wife.  Looking at form
I-765 from http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm
It doesn't mention E-3D, should I use this form for EAD. It talks
about E-1/E-2 dependants, but not E3 dependants. I'm assuming this

I lived in the US for 3 months before applying for adjustment of status.
When I fianlly applied I was 3 weeks shy of my 26 birth day. So
technically I should have registered. I got my GC 4 years later and now
applying for citizenship..9 years later.

On the I-130 they want only the residential address of the applicants.  I
added an addendum listing the mailing address of my wife, but just received
a notice from the National Visa Center requesting my Affidavit of Support
and they only have her residential address listed.  I ...

So here's the situation--I've lived in Germany since '99, and have been
married to a German woman since '00.  We have two children, both U.S.
citizens through me.  We are now planning on moving to the U.S. in
summer of 2007.

The timeline after I arrived to the US...
I entered the US, legally, in early 1985. I married a US citizen, and
was adjusted to permanent resident alien mid 1985, my green card arrived

Hello, I am a 25 yr old Australian citizen with a girlfriend who is a
U.S citizen. I have used the Visa Waiver Program to visit her in the U.S
on four separate occasions. They are as follows:
October 30th 2005 for 3 weeks

I have GC for the last 4 years.  How long do I have to wait to apply for
citizenship ?  Is it complete 5 years or 4 years and nine months or less ?
