can anyone tell me if i have to buy a business thats making no money or
in a high unemploymet area to qualify for a e2 visa, bussiness value
around $150,000,allso when my 90 day visitor visa expires can i go to

I am an Indian citizen so I need a visa to visit Mexico. I am planning
a trip in the third week of December. Due to some reasons I cannot
apply for the visa until November. Suppose I apply on 1st of November

Although my boyfriend was denied a tourist visa to the US, he plans on
entering on the VWP to visit me mid-November. He is legally allowed to
do this based on the reason he was refused his visa.
However, we are wondering what the best way to tackle this is. Since the

I just phoned the Immigration info line about my case. It says my case
has gone to Lee Summit Missouri. The USCIS has received the results of
my Fingerprinting and sent my case to Missouri.
When I applied for my Work Permit the permit came from Lee Summit.

Hi i was hoping i could get some advice, i am at a bit of a loss.
