I recently applied to change status from L1-B to L1-A and we received
notification this week that its been approved.
That's the good news.
Bad news is this totally complicates a trip we had planned to the UK at

My mom's case for F4 visa is now in usembassy islamabad. My brother is
above 21 but applying CSPA and US Patriot Act 424 (45 days benefit) he
is eligible for the visa. The NVC removed his name when they sent the

Hi,does anyone know how many questions they actually ask you during the
test? I know that there are like a hundred questions which you have to learn
the answers to,but how many do they actually ask? Is it just a few at
random,or do they want you to answer them all?

My wife and I arrived here on a tourist visa and I got an unexpected
offer from a company who subsequently filed a change of status to H1b.
However, my h1b visa has not yet been processed as of today(Processing
is quite slow these days).

I applied for US citizenship over two years ago.  I have gotten
fingerprints, etc. but the haven't heard anything about the oath.  We
have called INS many times but they were completely un-helpful.  We

London) and have the white I-94 card stapled in my passport.

To everyone who responded to my earlier 2 questions, you guys are
wrong. We finally talked with an immigration officer at USCIS. My
wife's mother and 18 year old brother can get their GC together. The
brother gets a GC as a dependent of his mother.
