I have got my H1 B approved and have booked a visa interview date with
US Embassy in London.I am working in UK for the last 2 years.I work here
as self-employed IT engineer doing contracts at client sites.
In order to provide the last 6 month Pay slips, what would be best form

I am trying to fill my forms for adjustment of status based on family
petition, but the form present at site www.uscis.gov shows an
expiration date of 09/30/2006. We are now past that date. How can I get
the latest form?

Can anyone shed any light on my problem. Had interview in June. Told
they have to check a couple of files from my visits back in 60's and
that I would hear in a couple of months. Nothing so far.
We wish to move to another state but everyone keeps saying don't move

I had my interview 4/27/06 and got my stamp I-551 but still waiting for
my card in the mail.
Now I read that it is possible to file I-90 online and ask for the card
again if not received.

I am a B.Sc physics (12 + 3 yrs education)
I've 2 years of work experience.
Currently appointed as Vice President Technology for a Private Limited
Company.

I am currently residing outside the US and I already have a 10 year
B1/B2 multiple entry US VISA. My sibling will very shortly apply for a
Green Card (Family based- 4'th preference) for me.  Am not sure
what'll happen to to my B1/B2 VISA the moment the Green Card

Soem of yuo knew that mu green card arrived witrh the worng month of my
birth date - because the para legal filled incorrectly on I-485 - and I
attempted to correct it through the Senator's office to no avail.  It
has been more tha 6 months since the Senator's Office told me that ...

I am moving over from UK to US via L1 executive transfer but cannot
submit paperwork until Nov 2nd (12 months net of US work and vacation)
We planned to move over between Xmas and New year to get the kids in
January term - all the paperwork is with our Lawyer, (who is good)

Can someone please answer this question as I need to make an important
decision soon.
My 6th year on the H1 will start in March '07. I will potentially
receive a new job offer next week and am thinking of switching, provided

I will definitely be needing a good Pro Bono attorney for my
Immigration hearings in Boston next year. I am presently in removal
proceedings.
If anyone can recommend such an attorney, please let me know.
