My Green Card is expiring at the end of this year and I am moving back
to the UK but probably not before it expires. I highly doubt i will come
back to the US to live here and my other issue is that i live in a rural
part of Kansas and the nearest USCIS office is about a six or more ...

The University recently informed her that she had not registered for
sufficient credits in Spring 2006 and so she has been out of status
