I would apprecreate, Please clarify the doublts on I-94 information.
I got my PERM cleared  and my attorny is applying for I-140, there on

I recently filed a I-130 for my Mother who is a UK citizen and is
currently living there.  I am a naturalized US citizen.  It looks like
USCIS will get to processing the petition around mid-April but I'd like
my Mother to be able to move over here in January.

instructions I found out that I need to be registered for selective service...
but I am 45 years old now...I entered the US with business visa with my mom,,,
