Have a question about H1 visa, if someone was to resign from their H1,
will they have to fill out some forms before leaving the country?

I'm currently planning on filing F-1.  I cam to U.S. when I was 15,

So my question is, if I apply apply for the DV2008 lottery now, will it decrease my chances of getting an F1/J1 visa later on? Can the consular officer refuse a visa ...

I was not permited to enter US after more than 2 hours interview. I was
urgently sent back and refused entry. I wanted to travel US on my 10
years B1-2 visa.
Can u sue them?

So this is something of a tangent from the previous discussion a couple
of months back but considering the sound advice and information I got
before I thought I'd get your opinion on this, my new question:

My parents had Parole papers and are travelling on Sat. But now their
adjustment of status got approved and the field office told me that
parole is no longer good and took away their parole and I-94s.

There is a family living in a house near me from El Salvador who are here
illegally and operating moter vehicles, I'm sure unlicensed. Does anyone
know if the Feds can be notified of this and how?
