I am wondering if I get Canada permanent residence stamp (I am required
to send by this month) before I go to L1 visa (US) interview (scheduled
in January 2007). Does anyone know if the possibility of getting L1
visa rejected will be increased due to this Canada green card stamp? If

My wife and I recieved in October 2006 a notice stating that our I-751
petition has been forwarded to our local office, Portland, OR.  We have
not heard anything since.  How long does it take to receive the actual
appointment notice for th interview?

I started working in a University 2 years back. My H1 was filed by the

Now I got a job offer with Sprint. Sprint says that they cannot

I came to the US with a B2 visitor visa and my I-94 form states I can
stay here up to January 1, 2007 (a 6-month stay). As I can't get a

My family were in the US a few years ago on a R1 (& R2) visa working
for a church.  The visa now has expired, and we have been back in the
