      Me & my wife have H1B & H4 visa respectively. Recently I
transfer my H1B from comany A to company B. Also have the respective
Approval (I797).

Can an E3D  with EAD starts a limited liability company? Can he also
work for that company?

I work currently for company A and I have a offer with company B They
have started my H1-b transfer process .i ould be starting work with
them in next 3 weeks.
I wanted to know if i have another offer from company C At what time

Is anyone familiar with the Green Card replacement program and I-90
applications?
I hold an indefinite Green Card and recently entered the USA to be told

My wife is employed in CA,USA. Myself and and child  planning to go by
march 2007.I heard that H4 persons Cant work legally.and getting a job
and converting to H1 is difficult. Being a male I cant sit at home . I

I will need to get FBI clearance outside of the US because I can't go to the
US for a paperwork and I will need it for some Canada immigration
paperworks. So is there a way of getting the police certificate outside of
the US? I am in Taiwan...

I filed a VWP against my husband and then revoked it when we got back
together again, I mailed Vermont to let them know that I no longer
wanted to continue with the petition as we had reconciled, but I never

I came over on an L1 company transfer visa; my wife and son are L2. My
companies lawyers added a 2 year extension to our original 3 year L
visas last year and they are due to expire in Aug '07.
