Hello Net gurus, I am in the US on I485 advanced parole. The last time I entered the US in January 2006 and the "admitted until..." stamps in my passport, I-94, and Advanced parole form will expire soon. I have my EAD renewed.

I filed a VWP against my husband and then revoked it when we got back together again, I mailed Vermont to let them know that I no longer wanted to continue with the petition as we had reconciled, but I never heard back from them? I know the mail got there as it was registered.

I have been in the US for 4 Years with my wife and son. I came over on an L1 company transfer visa; my wife and son are L2. My companies lawyers added a 2 year extension to our original 3 year L visas last year and they are due to expire in Aug '07.
