My wife has her conditional green card but she was wondering about having our baby delivered in her home country where it's cheaper. I was wondering if that could cause immigration issues for our baby when she returns to the U.S. And, would the baby have dual citizenship?

I have L2 Stamped and my wife Blanket L1-A in April 2006 for 3 yrs. My wife is working in a reputed Indian company and neither of us has traveled to US after the stamping. Now I (L2 Holder) plans to go before her to make pre-arrangements for our relocation to US.
