I'm a Canadian Permanent Resident with European passport. Back in September 2006 I crossed the border and the officer stapled the green waiver on my passport. This was valid for 3 months and expired in the beginning of December.

Is aplying for welfare/access/medicaid..etc has a negative effect on a citizenship application? There is no questions about it in N-400..so I am guessing not. Am I right about this?
