All,
This may be urban legend but I was informed by a colleague that when one
leaves the US permanently at (or before) the expiration of their H1-b,
they are entitled to a refund of their medicare and SS payments (since

hello!my fiance just filed for I129F at that time I was unemployed so
that is what i answered at the employment history question on my G325A,
but recently I just got employed my question is do we need to update

I'm a Canadian Permanent Resident with European passport.
Back in September 2006 I crossed the border and the officer stapled the
green waiver on my passport. This was valid for 3 months and expired in

Is aplying for welfare/access/medicaid..etc has a negative effect on a
citizenship application? There is no questions about it in N-400..so I
am guessing not. Am I right about this?
