I have applyed for a B-2 Visa at the Consulate in Frankfurt/Germany. It
was refused unser 214 B. But the Consul said you can travel to the US
under the Visa Waiver program. My problem is that I have a 4 year ald
Child, and I don`t want to be send back to Germany after 16 hours

Technician type TN.....
Has anyone had experience at the Thousand Islands crossing? And can

after so much help the other day,I have another quick query.My E2 visa
is valid untill Dec. this year as is the I94.I know the I94 is important
and that it can be renewed by leaving the country and then
reentering.This I think would be for 2 years.What I do not fully

My friend came to the USA as a dependant on her husbands E2 visa.

I am under the impression that one must be here for 180 days or more

hi, I am a green card holder, and i am away from US. i know that i am
supposed to go back to US once a year in order to keep my green card. I
am wondering if i can do that in Guam. I am currently in Hong Kong, so
going to guam is faster and cheaper. so can i keep my green card by

When travelling from the US to the EU: if I use a EU country passport to
enter a EU country, and the US passport to re-enter the US, will the US
border agent wonder why I have no stamp on my US passport corresponding
to my travel dates? Is it even legal to do something like that?

I am wondering how long it takes to have an LCA approved?  I am in the
early stages of applying for the E3 visa for a job in Austin, Texas and
it all seems relatively straight forward, but I can't work out how long
