My L1 B Visa and petition is valid till Mar 2nd 2007 and I m currently
in India. If I travel to US now, is it possible to file for an
extension of petition and visa? If so, what are the procedures and
should I be in the US till my extension is accepted. Should I go for

This may be a question posed already. But please help.
I am from Company X, India. As I was willing to travel abroad, I
approached Company Y for Visa Initiation and ofcourse it has. Now,
Company A also has initiated H1B.

I have been in the US for quite a few years and got my green card 2
years ago.
Would I automatically lose permanent resident status if I accept a job
offer outside the US?  Or could I maintain that status and my green

I know of someone who did receive stocks as an h1 holder but I don't
know the details. I've been trying to search a reliable article about
