I am here on E3 and my wife applied for EAD (work permit) in 1st week of Dec 06. SHe has not yet heard from them and have not yet received any communication on how long it will take to get her EAD approved? Does anyone know what to do?

Please only respond if you had an experience where you were in E3 and got approved for GC or actually got GC. Also I would like to hear from people who tried to apply for GC and got it rejected as E3 is not dual intent.
