We're starting to doubt that we will beable to get the L-1. We own and run a ltd company in the UK. We're looking at the L-1 purely because it can lead to a green card. But most people on here i'm sure are trying to put us off!!!!

My OPT ends on June 1st. My employeer will apply for the H-1B visa. H-1B fiscal year starts on October 1st. I will go back to my country on July 31st (before 60 days grace period ends).
