Hi, we're in a bit of a dilema. Here's our story in a nutshell:
Decided to look into emigrating to OZ a couple of years ago. Went to
Perth on a reky visit with hubby & 2 kids. Loved it. Found out that we'd
need to go out on a business 163 visa. However didn't quite meet

We're starting to doubt that we will beable to get the L-1. We own and
run a ltd company in the UK. We're looking at the L-1 purely because it
can lead to a green card. But most people on here i'm sure are trying to
put us off!!!!

I'm on H1B visa which is expiring on 16th June 2007.
I got my H1B visa extension Petition which is valid from June 17th
2007 to 2009.
I'm getting married on 30th Apr and will be going for visa stamping

My OPT ends on June 1st. My employeer will apply for the H-1B visa.
H-1B fiscal year starts on October 1st.
I will go back to my country on July 31st (before 60 days grace period

I am currently working for a company Wipro in India. I have a valid
and Stamped H1 visa thru' Wipro.
1. Assuming that Wipro sends me to US on this H1 visa, will i be able

for the last one year secondary to "additional administrative time".
He was told in the interview that he will have to wait for FBI
clearance which may take long time.
