I have searched and gone through 30 pages and could not find it so

I am permanent resident in US and planning to go for further studies
in few months. One of my friends on H1B has asked me weather I can
open a company and transfer his H1B. If I can do so he will give 5% of

Hello everyone!, I entered the US with a J1 visa and changed to an F1
visa to pursue my PhD. I will be finishing my PhD program by ~March

Situation that a close friend of mine got into:
