Do I need to file any tax for last year.

So we got our letter asking us to come for my biometrics appt march 22nd
(I am removing 2 yr conditions on my greencard) The letter says if we
need to reschedule we have to check a box and send the letter back to
them, and that if i dont show for the appt the case will be considered

I have a complicated situation here.
I filed My H1B and it is rejected. (Not visa but H1B approval is
rejected). I did masters and Bachelors in Metallurgy and Material

Hello, and thanks for taking your  time and reading this.
My wife and I have an interview coming up, she is a citizen but until
last year she was listed as her father's dependent.  I noticed on the
letter from USCIS on what to bring for the interview that they require
