Does anyone have any wisdom about whether the 20,000 cap for H-1Bs with
US Master's is likely to have been reached instantaneously?  Last year
it took over three months, but it also took six weeks for the main
quota, so...

I need some advice.
I am a student on F1 visa currently. My OPT starts in May 2007 and
will end in May  2008. A public school district is ready to sponser my
Visa (but I have to pay the fees).
