Folks I need advise.
I got relocated to US half a year ago working for big multinational
oil company. I'm here on L1B visa. I'm young, got MSc degree in

I am in H1B visa and my wife is in H4, my first three year period over
in 2006. My company renewed the second three year, so we went to the US
consulate in Ottawa to get the visa stamped on our passport. It was a
very straight forward procedure, after the interview we were told to

I just recieved my passport back from the US embassy complete with a
B1/B2 visa.  Everything is as I expected (5 year mutiple entry visa),
however it has the following annotation - "Applicant not 1A4
ineligible".  Does anyone have any idea what this means or is referring

I am a nurse who has a greencard but i have not entered the usa to
