Show financial sponsorship from home, or USA?31 May 2007 23:30 GMT12
My sister will apply for F1 from Pakistan based on an I20 issued by

that she shows family sponsorship from Pakistan, or better that I
sponsor her for all financial needs?

My L1-B just got approved (first time applicant) and my current
employer (and the one I am being transferred to) have no clue what to
do after receiving the Notice of Action (approval I-797). There is no
lawyer involved from this point onwards. I have done some research on
Debunking pro-Mexican-immigration propaganda31 May 2007 11:55 GMT1
Mexican illegals & corrupt businesspeople have conspired to screw the

and the so-called "left", far from being protectors of the common man,
couldn't be happier.
A Question about VWP31 May 2007 08:19 GMT24
I have a question.
The story starts 10 years ago when I first came to Australia. I was a
national of an Asian country at that time and was in Australia on a
student visa.

I have been in the US for nearly two years and hold a conditional green
