So if I was to go to the US on the VWP could I set up a business, register it, sort out advertising, distribute marketing flyers, hire people etc? Or would I need to do this with a B visa? Then if I were to return to the UK to apply for an E2 visa at the London

Joined MS in 2004 and never got to complete the thesis due to work , now I am short of 6 credits, to complete my MS, I am on EAD which expires in Dec. Does any one know if we can get the 6 credits from any school or other options ?

I live permanent in the USA for 5 year and 4 months but I have my green card for 10 years. The first 5 years I was traveling between my country and US and I have 2 trips one for 7 months out of the US and other trip for 13 months out of the US. Other thing is I had 3 years
