Hoping someone on here might be able to help me with information on an
expired greencard. I received a greencard ten years ago, at this time I
was in University and it was not feasible for me to travel to the US to
live on a permanent basis. I did go out every summer to work and was

I am in the US on an L2 visa - my husband has an L1 visa
I am just about to fill in the I-765 form to apply for an EAD, and it
seems very straightforward - just fill in some basic details and send
copies of the I-94, and 2 passport photos.

I'm hoping that someone may be able to provide me with some advice. I
have checked through previous posts, using various search criteria but
so far haven't found a thread that can assist me.

I have ab H1 as well as a Canadian work permit . My employer in the US
wants to send me to a client in Canada.
My house is in the US and I will need to travel back home every few
weeks .

I came to  U.S  from India (my  home country) in June 2006 on H4 visa
which is valid upto 2008 . This year , that is on April 2007 I applied
for H1 and my application has been selected from the lottery. So my H1
