The situation is as follows:
1)Company A in the US has Mr X's H1B

I recently got a student visa for a university in Boston. But I plan
to travel to Kansas before reaching my university coz my cousin would
be going along and I would spend a few days in Kansas before I start
my university.

I have a question. My husband selected in DV-lottery 2008. We have many
relatives in USA but we don't have anyone who can supports us as
financial supporter (form I-134). If we would have job offer for both me
and my husband from U.S. employees and also having a valuable property

in USA.
I have tried sending my CV in many Company, but I haven't success.

Is it possible for a U.S. company to pay me in $, to a U.S. bank, while
I work for them from the UK?  And could they then apply for an
employment based GC so that I could work for them in the US?

My wife and I have been in the US for 5 years now (we're both
Canadian).  Now that we can file everything we need to with EB3 being
current, we're going to go through it via my wife, who's an RN, so

I have no clue about all this thing.  So my message may sound stupid

I have been looking for potential employers in the US as I would love to
move to Houston. (I know, why Houston?) But since I had to go there with
work for a month last year I met some great people and have been back 5
times in 12 months to visit.

I am TN visa holder and working full-time (40 hours/week) an IT
company, whom sponsor me. A different company approached me asking if
I can do some IT work on the weekend or in the evenings sometimes.

I am wondering. My wife and I purchased the marriage visa greencard
package. It includes, I-30, I-31, I-485, I-765, I-864 and the G-325
forms. I came under Visitor visa from canada, after spending some time
with my fiancee at the time (now wife). We got married a month ago,

I had applied for my new social security card around a omnth back and
still have not received my card.
On calling up the office, all that they say is that the department of
homeland security has not replied .

My husband had H1 for about a year and did not work. Hence he does not
have W2 for that period. Is it required to submit spouse W2 for filing
485?

Now since all the EB categories are current, is the deadline for
people whose dates got current from last month's bulletin extended? We
were told that we need to file by 6/30, but we are still not ready
with all the docmentation. Pls let me know
