I am a Canadian Citizen. That entered the USA under visitor visa. I
was not given an I-94 form, all i got was a stamp from DHS Costums and
Border Protection, stating my entry date. They didnt stamp the expiry
date or anything else.

Need some help on this issue..

my family and i applied for permanent residency on a i 130 jan 05, we
got told it would take for years for visa's to become available, but
when i go online to check out processing times it never changes from
april 01. this means its going to take at least 6-7yrs, surely this

Was hoping to get an answer to this question of ours -
We qualify for the Canadian PR grant.  Suppose we get it, do we
automatically have the right to work in the US of A, or do we have to
attain at least a Canadian citizenship before we acquire those rights?

Five and a half years after arriving in the US, I have my oath ceremony
scheduled two weeks from now, as the final step to my US citizenship

Hi, I Hold a Valid B1/B2 Visa But Never used it I mean after getting
the visa i have not travelled Does it going to effect my next
