Mitt Romney's stance on population growth?25 Jun 2007 19:13 GMT3
Would Mitt Romney (if elected) encourage or discourage America's
mindless population growth of 3+ million annually? This applies to
both immigration and immigrant-enhanced native births. NumbersUSA.com
has good graphs showing different scenarios.

Can a J2 move temperalily to a different state, different address?25 Jun 2007 04:57 GMT1
Can a J2 visa holder (wife of a J1 holder- me) move to a different
address in a different state than the J1 holder?
We live on the East Coast and I could get a temp job for 3 month in LA.

Is there an expedited H1B visa process?24 Jun 2007 22:51 GMT5
I have just begun negotiations with a company who wish to employ me in
the US southwest.
We have extensively researched H1B visas in the past, and realise the
quota for 2007 has already been allocated.

I have recently been offered a job in the US.  I am a UK citizen and my

that we are getting married in the UK at the end of August, and I

I have some questions regarding I-131.
In part 3, it asks the "Date of Intended Departure", "Expected Length
of Trip". In part 7, it asks "how many trips do you intend to use this
document". I understand that AP is used in emergency circumstances
L2 Spouse Applying for EAD24 Jun 2007 14:15 GMT3
I know that EAD takes 80-90 days to be processed.
So does this scenario sound plausible?
I go out on my L1 to the US and find somewhere to live. Spouse applys
for her EAD on-line from the UK and puts the US address where I will be.
