I have submitted an I-90 form for Green Card renewal, did the biometric data interview and was given a 3-month extension until my new green card would arrive in the mail. The 3 months extension is only days away from expiring, and I haven't received my new green card

I have a friend who was caught working back in 1982 and then went thru court etc. In 1986, he applied under amnesty. INS gave him run around and after so many apeal and lawyers, he finally got his GC in 2003.
