just read in a lawyers email that "there has been a high denial rate on
L-1B’s in the last couple of years"
Anyone know what the approval/denial rates are?

I just noticed that the I-130 processing, moved from Nebraska to CSC,
has now returned to Nebraska. Also the "Processing Cases with Receipt
