i have just seen thatthe i 130 that was showing april 30 2001 has now
gone back to texas where we originally applied and is showing december
14 2006. we filed in feb 05, can anybody tell me what my projected date
for completion will be now, as i am still in shock. thanks

my dad is a green card holder and a pernanent resident of US

Can anyone tell me how much money can you legally carry while entering
the US for the first time on an H1B.
For visitors on B1/B2 it is $10,000 for sure but I don't know if there
are different limits on different visas
