I've currently about 2 years 8 months left on my H1B My employer has just filed I-485 and Advanced Parole. Should I also ask them to apply for EAD ( at my expense ), or am I ok with my H1B ?

im sure this question as been asked many times on here before. But if i enter the US and stay for 90 days on VWP. Can i then return back to the UK for a few weeks, then come back to the US for a further 90 days on VWP? or will i be refused entry on return? If this is the case, how

I am currently on an F1, and will send in my application for OPT to INS in a couple of days. I have asked for OPT to start on 1st Oct, and my graduation date is Sep 30 (which will show on my I20). My F1 visa is valid till Dec this year.
