I came to US 5 months back on H4. I have around 7 years of IT experience
in India, and now in the idea of working here.
I would like to know the procedure for transferring from my H4 to H1
visa.

I've currently about 2 years 8 months left on my H1B
My employer has just filed I-485 and Advanced Parole.
Should I also ask them to apply for EAD ( at my expense ), or am I ok
with my H1B ?
