Is there any FAQ or Starter for Visa Options to the US?17 Jul 2007 15:30 GMT1
Or are there *any* options left except marriage, descent or obscene
amounts of money?? and jobs offers with H1B sponsorships?
I suppose getting hired by an american multinational and after a while
looking for openings at the us offices is the most standard?

As the post title says, i am a UK citizen and recently arrived in Canada
on an open work visa. However certain circumstances have changed since
being here and i am looking into going down to the US on the same type
of visa (if Possible).

I'm a Canadian citizen working in the USA on the TN visa. My fiancee
is in Russia, she is not a Canadian citizen. I understand that there
are visas for foreign wives and fiancees - K-1 and K-3 - but these are
for US citizens only.
