Hello, I'm an italian citizen, actually living in Arizona for tourism
and volunteer help. I've been here for 2 months since 4th of May and
my flight back for Italy is on 3rd of August. I used the Visa Waiver
Program, so i received 90 days of permission to stay in the Usa. But

My wife has just started her US citizenship application last December
and hasn't got her interview date set yet.
She was originally from China. Her parents are still Chinese citizens
and they would like to give their apartment (worth about $100K) in

Here's the situation:
I'm a Canadian PR (Russian citizen), my wife and son are

I have a question regarding filing for L1A visa extension.  I read in
the website that L1As can be extended in 2 year increments.  Is this
the norm or can it be extended for less than 2 years?  This will be my
first L1A visa extension since I entered the US.  My employer has

Basically I married a bitch in usa on visa waiver, it didnt work
out, and I went back home to UK after overstaying visa waiver for
like 18 months.
I am still married to her now, she still aint got a divorce yet after 8

Hi everyone I have a question please , I have one of my friend she
applied for the citizenship ,but she  made a stupid mistake when she was
filling the application (N-400) she checked wrong boxes with no ,instead
of yes in morals question .Now she submitted her application and
