We have filled in the N400 forms & got our photos done, but when we pay for it do we sent one check to cover the 3 of us or do we sent an individual check for each application. Help would be much appreciated.

I have an unconditional greencard and I would like to return to the UK to get my degree (3 consecutive years). Would this interfere with my plans to achieve US citizenship if I were to return after getting my degree?

Hey there, My application was selected for the H1b visa. Unfortunately, USCIS issued an RFE on April 26. I received the RFE from the lawyer on July 1 and the time period to reply USCIS expires on July 22.

My grandmother went back to Pakistan about 3 years back with her greencard but could not come back because of medical reasons. But, she is now fine. She is about 70 years of age. Is there any possibility that she can come back here?

I am a PR now, I will apply for citizenship in 3 years. I want to know if I can apply for my British citizen parents to join me in the states when I am a citizen, and how long the process normally takes? Also, would they be able to wait over here, or must they wait in the UK?

I filed under VAWA and my petition got denied because I couldn't proof extreme hardship. I appealed it and my appeal got denied because I got caught working without work authorization years before I filed VAWA and the also added an overstay that I never comitted.
