Currently I have L1A visa. Got few question on Green Card processing
Does my L1A sponsering employeer has to file for GreenCard?
Can any other company start the Green Card processing?
Or Can I do the Green Card processing my self?

Last December, I went to USA on B1/B2. The thing is my entry was in
Philadelphia and exit was in Detroit. It was clearly mentioned at the
time of entry that it was my duty to surrender I-94 so that I would not

The Maryland motor vehicle administration (MVA) checks driver's
license applicants' visa expiration date!  And if your visa has
expired, they won't take your application.  How ridiculous this is!

are supposed to implement the remaining 9/11 Commission

My family (parents and 3 sisters) all made the move to Florida 20 years
ago. I stayed in the UK preferring to marry a local girl. Now 20 years
on I have since remarried and my wife and I want to join the rest of my
family in the states.
