I am currently on J1 visa for my residency. I am a Canadian citizen and live in Canada. I cross the border everyday to go to work and come back at the end of day. So my primary residence is in Canada even though I am working in US.

| Should Police Investigate Crimes AGAINST Illegals? | 19 Jul 2007 04:48 GMT | 11 |

Other than a H1B Visa (very competitive), what are other options to live and work in the US. The green card is a whole other process, which can take 5 years, so I need to know what other visa will allow me to live and work there.
