I am on an H1B visa on compnay A, i got an offer from another Comp ,
company B who is doing my H1B Transfer .

The situation now is as follows:
1)I have a Canadian work permit
2)I also have a valid US work permit (H1b) and I-94 (both valid till
sep,2009)

I just renewed my driving license and although i have had a US license
for a constant 3 years, when they renewed it they based it on my I-94
instead of my 3 year work visa. :curse: Does any know if they are
supposed to base licenses on I-94 or visas?
