in order to eventually file an E2 petition within the states? or do you have to go back to the original country you left to file a B1 on the name of the other nationality that fits the E2 treaty. thankfully in advance to all.

Just thought I'd let you know about our visa interview at Belfast. We initially rang the US Embassy and made an appointment in London for September, then thought we would try Belfast Consulate and got an appointment for the next week.

I'm planning to go to the UK for xmas to see family- am currently waiting on my I-751 (and 10 year GC!) I read a couple of threads on here that say it's possible to travel even with an expired GC as long as you have the I-797 NOA saying your status is extended- is this correct?
