If someone is approved an I-130 and then also an I-129F (K3) - and is
actually within the USA when his I-129f is approved - can he file an
adjustment of status from within the USA based on his I-130 approval

Sent in my I-130, I-485, and all the supporting documents to the Chicago
Lockbox July 26th.
Mailed it to them Overnight, Registerd with signature required.  The little
slips from USPS has already come back with a stamp instead of a signature,

I have been trying to do this for about 5 years now (after having worked
out there on a BUNAC scheme) and so far have had 2 interviews. One
interview was a job rejection and one offered me a job but then it
