My wife has been offered a parttime University Job. Eventhough it says
parttime she would be working 30-32 hr/week and the position is salaried.
What's the H1-b process for jobs like these. (She has a BSc and planning to
gruaduate with her MSc in this fall)

A friend of mine is an L-2 visa holder. Her husband (L-1 holder) filed
for a divorce (State of CA) and the divorce proceedings are likely

Hi, does anyone know why there is this rule of not being able to be
outside the US for more than one year?? I find this rule totally

My friend is in the UK at the moment and is in the process of applying
for the N-400 she has a lawyer and has given them permission to
represent her.  She was told it would take months to get anything
through (she applied in May) but apparently USCIS for some reason are
