I lived in the US for over 10 years and have a US green card, but returned
to the UK last year. I have been in the UK for 1 year now so am I correct
that my green card has automatically expired or do I need to file form I-407

Here is my story.
I moved to the states with a K1 fiancee visa and my husband and I got

Can't risk letting a two year old stay with the foster parents who
