I would like to know if applying to the DV lottery forbid you to look
for other visa later?
I have heard from a friend that if you play the lottery, you cannot
apply for a regular h1 or anything else after?

Friend of mine told me that all I-140 applications filed after mid-
August are put on hold and no new Green Cards will be approved any
time  soon.
Is this rumor true?

I m posting this message in order to have insight regarding my misfortunate

Are there any laws that require an employer to pay for
filing fees for immigration applications of their employees?
(for employment based immigration, and for green card/
AOS/ EAD etc)
