I would like to know if applying to the DV lottery forbid you to look
for other visa later?
I have heard from a friend that if you play the lottery, you cannot
apply for a regular h1 or anything else after?

Friend of mine told me that all I-140 applications filed after mid-

My 5 years on Green Card will complete in Mar, 2008. I am travelling
extensively outside US but would like to apply for the citizenship
when it is time. I do have almost 42 months of stay in the US in the

Are there any laws that require an employer to pay for
filing fees for immigration applications of their employees?
(for employment based immigration, and for green card/
AOS/ EAD etc)
