I'm wondering if i can join the work and travel program (self arranged
employment) without subscribing to one of those private companies
which are asking for overpriced fees??if so any suggestions? if not
can i still apply for that through companies outside my home country ?

My husband wants to apply for citizenship after living here as a
permanent resident for 25 yrs. I see the total fee for this is now up
$675 total. Is their a fee waiver available for this. I have looked on
the website but can't find the form, I have found info on a  waiver.
