Dear group,
My wife completes three years as an LPR in February, so will be
applying for citizenship/naturalisation 90 days in advance. She is in
the US on her own merit - nothing to do with me as I'm a UK citizen.

I graduated from a university in 2007 Dec and am currently am on my
OPT (Optional Practical Training). I secured a job with a consulting
company which filed for my H1 this april. I also have an offer from
another company which would hire me if I have a H1 only. My question

decided to enroll in a university and apply for a change of status.Does
anyone know if changing status from visitor's to student would cancel
the previous visitor's visa? Thanks in advance.
